UM Psychology Thrive Together Challenge
The Ole Miss Department of Psychology's facilities in a newly renovated wing at the South Oxford Center will provide even more space for therapy and assessment clients, telehealth services, and faculty labs that focus on community research. This important project will help Ole Miss psychology students become better professionals but will also expand the University's ability to positively impact the community. An anonymous donor from Jackson, Mississippi, has pledged to give $5,000 for every five gifts that are made to this project, up to $25,000! Sign the Turret of Ventress Hall
Three Liberal Arts students will have the chance to join more than 100 years of UM students and sign the turret inside Ventress Hall as a special Giving Day treat! Three students who make a gift of any size to the College of Liberal Arts on April 8 will be chosen at random to sign the wall on April 8 at 1:00pm. Scruggs Pay it Forward CLA Scholarship Challenge
Dr. Pick Scruggs (BA 1966) and Jody Scruggs (BA 1966) of Oxford were inspired to give to the College of Liberal Arts Scholarship Fund due to Dr. Scruggs' own experiences with financial hardship as a student. The CLA Scholarship Fund is used as an emergency fund for students in financial need. The Scruggs family will give $5,000 to the fund once 15 gifts are made. Challenge for BFA in Creative Writing Scholarships and Awards
Ole Miss has one of the finest Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing programs in the nation, fueled by a rich literary tradition and taught by professors who are award-winning and bestselling writers. An anonymous donor wants more students to have access to this amazing program and has pledged $5,000 to support scholarships for undergraduate creative writing students. Once 15 gifts are made to support these scholarships, this generous gift will be unlocked!
