College of Liberal Arts

This is for Now. This is for Ever. This is for the College of Liberal Arts.

For Preparing Leaders and Developing Citizens

The College of Liberal Arts boasts the largest group of students on campus. Our growth and success are critical benchmarks for the health of our university. Even as technology accelerates, communication and problem-solving expertise remain the top attributes employers seek in job candidates. A Liberal Arts education prepares our students for the widest array of career options by helping them develop diverse and transferrable abilities.

For Bolstering Faculty and Providing Mentors

To thrive in our society, economy, and democracy, our students are equipped with superior written and oral communication skills, problem solving and critical thinking, quantitative and STEM skills, and a thorough grounding in ethics and leadership.

Our alumni are policymakers in state legislatures and on Capitol Hill, health care professionals, artists and writers, research scientists and teachers, leaders in business and nonprofits, and among the country’s top legal minds.

For Supporting Students and Elevating Excellence

Your support today will strengthen our work to prepare our students for meaningful lives and careers, increase our ability to attract and support outstanding faculty and graduate students, fuel innovative research, inspire creative achievements, discover new ideas, modernize our facilities, and advance our efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Your gift goes further on Giving Day! Several members of the University community are challenging you to make a difference in the lives of Liberal Arts students. Maximize your impact by answering these challenges and helping us unlock critical resources. Your gift - no matter the size - makes a difference.

It’s easy to give! Ole Miss Giving Day accepts Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards.
