School of Applied Sciences
Your support makes the School of Applied Sciences even better!

Together, our students, alumni and friends have made the University of Mississippi’s School of Applied Sciences one of the fastest-growing schools on the Oxford campus!

Today, you can invest in scholarships and programs that enable students to LEARN, LEAD and SERVE, improving the health and well-being of Mississippi, our nation and world.

This is the perfect time for you to support the School of Applied Sciences. Consider some of the exciting developments in Applied Sciences:

We’ve launched two degree programs in Public Health. The undergraduate degree in Public Health & Health Sciences and the Master of Public Health (MPH) programs begin in fall 2021. Our MPH program will offer options for degree completion on the Oxford campus and in an online format. These exciting programs already are attracting a lot of attention across our state and region.

We proudly announce a new Master of Athletic Training program beginning summer 2021. This program will work closely with Ole Miss Athletics and have rotations across northern Mississippi and the Mid-South region. Our experienced, dynamic faculty and world-class facilities should catapult this offering into the top-tier programs of the country.

A new graduate certificate in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration begins this summer. This affordable online program offers advanced training for athletic coaches and administrators at all collegiate divisions. The certificate program, taught by athletic administrators with SEC experience, can be completed in as little as two semesters.

Our undergraduate programs continue to be some of the most relevant and affordable degree programs anywhere. Each of our six academic departments have developed accelerated tracks for qualified students to complete an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in five years. We offer new and revised undergraduate minors that give our students more options to tailor their studies and prepare for emerging professions.

Our vision is to equip students to advance their profession, serve others and improve the human condition through discovery, ingenuity, hard work and compassion.

On Giving Day, we prove that the University of Mississippi family is better together. Let’s all work as one to support the School of Applied Sciences. Together, WE are Ole Miss.

Please celebrate Giving Day by making a gift! Thank you!
